Vegan, Gluten-Free, High-Protein Brownies

Vegan, Gluten-Free, High-Protein Brownies…enough said, you NEED to make these asap!

Ingredients

3/4 cup natural peanut butter ⁣
1/2 cup maple syrup ⁣
1/3 cup oat milk ⁣
2 flax eggs (4 tbsp milled flaxseed or chia seed + 4 tbsp warm water left to sit for 2-3 mins) ⁣

1/2 cup cocoa powder ⁣
1/3 cup vegan vanilla or chocolate protein powder⁣
1 tsp baking powder ⁣
1/4 tsp salt ⁣

Method

  1. Blend everything together and bake for 20-25 mins (I like mine gooey and bake them for 20) at 180C/350F ⁣
