Healthy Apple Crumble

Ingredients

  • 6 medium apples

  • 1 cup raspberries

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp (or each) nutmeg + cardamom +ginger

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 2 tbsp flour (can sub gluten-free)

    For the crumble:

  • 2 cups oats (can sub gluten-free)

  • 1/2 cup erythritol (or calorie free sweetener of choice)

  • 3 tbsp of butter or coconut oil

  • 12 tsp (of each) nutmeg + cardamom + ginger

  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method

  1. Mix all the base ingredient together (except the flour) then toss in gf flour until apples are evenly coated and add to a cooking pan.

  2. Mix all crumble ingredients together then spread on top of the base. ⁣

  3. Bake at 180C/350F for 30-35 mins, or until the top is golden brown golden brown⁣
