Healthy Apple Crumble
Ingredients
6 medium apples
1 cup raspberries
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp (or each) nutmeg + cardamom +ginger
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp flour (can sub gluten-free)
For the crumble:
2 cups oats (can sub gluten-free)
1/2 cup erythritol (or calorie free sweetener of choice)
3 tbsp of butter or coconut oil
12 tsp (of each) nutmeg + cardamom + ginger
1/2 tsp salt
Method
Mix all the base ingredient together (except the flour) then toss in gf flour until apples are evenly coated and add to a cooking pan.
Mix all crumble ingredients together then spread on top of the base.
Bake at 180C/350F for 30-35 mins, or until the top is golden brown golden brown
