Almond Flour Protein Cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup almond flour
1/8 cup erythritol (or zero calorie sweetner)
1/4 cup vanilla vegan protein powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 large egg
1 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp butter or coconut oil
1/4-1/8 cup milk of choice
200g dark chocolate chips
Method
Mix all dry ingredients together
Add in wet ingredients then fold in chocolate chips
Bake for 10-12mins at 180C
