Almond Flour Protein Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond flour

  • 1/8 cup erythritol (or zero calorie sweetner)

  • 1/4 cup vanilla vegan protein powder

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

  • 2 tbsp butter or coconut oil

  • 1/4-1/8 cup milk of choice

  • 200g dark chocolate chips

Method

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together

  2. Add in wet ingredients then fold in chocolate chips

  3. Bake for 10-12mins at 180C ⁣
