Protein Oats / Porridge

Ingredients

  • 30g oats

  • 30g protein powder of choice

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • dash of salt

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds

  • 100g grated zucchini/courgette

  • 2 tsp maple syrup or honey

  • 200ml water

Method

  1. Mix dry ingredients together then add wet ingredients

  2. Heat over stovetop until a creamy consistency is reach, adding water if needed

  3. Top with berries, nuts/seeds/buckwheat, nut/seed butter, dark chocolate, etc.
