Protein Oats / Porridge
Ingredients
30g oats
30g protein powder of choice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
dash of salt
1 tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds
100g grated zucchini/courgette
2 tsp maple syrup or honey
200ml water
Method
Mix dry ingredients together then add wet ingredients
Heat over stovetop until a creamy consistency is reach, adding water if needed
Top with berries, nuts/seeds/buckwheat, nut/seed butter, dark chocolate, etc.
