Vegan Pesto

My VEGAN PESTO is one of my favs! It goes well with veggie or meat burgers, in wraps, with zoodles, om top of salmon, etc! Basically it going with anything and everything and is super healthy, green 🌱 , and a fab way to use up leftover herbs! ⁣

My VEGAN PESTO is one of my favs! It goes well with veggie or meat burgers, in wraps, with zoodles, om top of salmon, etc! Basically it going with anything and everything and is super healthy, green 🌱 , and a fab way to use up leftover herbs! ⁣

Ingredients

➵1/3 cup fresh basil (or coriander)⁣
➵1/4 cup spinach⁣
➵ 3 tbsp pine nuts (or almonds)⁣
➵ 1/4 cup olive oil ⁣
➵ 2 garlic cloves ⁣
➵ 2 tbsp nutritional yeast ⁣
➵ s+p (don’t be shy!) ⁣

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor and enjoy with burgers, pasta, sandwiches, etc!
