Vegan Pesto
Ingredients
➵1/3 cup fresh basil (or coriander)
➵1/4 cup spinach
➵ 3 tbsp pine nuts (or almonds)
➵ 1/4 cup olive oil
➵ 2 garlic cloves
➵ 2 tbsp nutritional yeast
➵ s+p (don’t be shy!)
Method
Blend all ingredients in a food processor and enjoy with burgers, pasta, sandwiches, etc!
