Lean Green Smoothie Bowl
The best and easiest way to get in all of your greens during the summer!
Ingredients
➼ 1 cup spinach
➼ 1/2 cup frozen zucchini/courgette
➼ 1/4 cup frozen pineapple (or 1/4 frozen banana)
➼ 1/3 cup nut mylk or water
➼ 2 ice cubes
➼ 1 tsp matcha power
➼ 1/8 spirulina powder
➼ 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder ( I use SF Nutrition’s- code KEARA20 for 20% off)
Method
Blend all ingredients together
Add toppings such as blueberries, hemp hearts, bee pollen, chia seeds, yoghurt, nut butter, etc
