Vegan Cauliflower Garlic Mash

Delicious as a lower calorie or low carb alternative to mashed potatoes!

Ingredients

1 large head of cauliflower

1/4 cup plant milk

1 tbsp vegan butter

3-4 baked garlic cloves

Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and serve as a side.
