Tiramisu Overnight Oats
Tiramisu is my favourite dessert. Here’s how to make it healthy and eat it for bresafast every day!
Ingredients
50g oats
1 shot espresso or tsp of instant coffee in a touch of boiling water
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (I use @sfnutrition)
150ml of water
150g of @lindhalsuk vanilla kvarg or vanilla Greek yoghurt
1 tsp cacao powder for dusting
Method
1. Combine first four ingredients and place in fridge for 3+ hours or overnight.
2. Layer oat mixtures with kvarg and soft cacao powder on top.
