The BEST Protein Pancakes

These are moist, fluffy, and incredibly DELICIOUS. You will honestly never make another type of protein pancake again, guaranteed!

Ingredients

75g Greek yoghurt
1 egg
30g flour ⁣
30g protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon ⁣
1/2 tsp baking powder ⁣
1/4 tsp salt ⁣

Method

1.Preheat a pan to medium heat. Mix everything together in a blender or whisk in a bowl and then add to pan, flipping when golden brown. ⁣
