Taco Bowls

The perfect way to satisfy your craving for Mexican food AND get in your veggies and protein!

Ingredients

-3 Old El Paso Add mixture to Stand N Stuff tortillas and top with cheese. Bake for about 15-20 mins at 180C/350F ⁣
⁣“Stand and Stuff” tortillas

-160g cooked chicken breast

-3/4 pack Old El Paso taco seasoning

-50g light cheese, grated

-200g courgette/zucchini

-200g tomato

-50g red onion

Method

  1. Just add chopped veg to a sauce pan and sautée with water until tender then add cooked chicken and the packet of taco seasoning and mix

  2. Add mixture to Stand N Stuff tortillas and top with cheese. Bake for about 15-20 mins at 180C/350F ⁣
