Paleo Salmon Pasta

My go-to quick and easy pasta recipe. You can substitute any kind of pasta you’d like just know that the calories/macros will change!

Ingredients

75g (dry) @heartcafelife paleo protein pasta (I also recommend @musclefood protein pasta or using a lentil/chickpea pasta! )⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1/2 chopped bell pepper ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1/2 cup kale ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

35g red pesto ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Salmon fillet (responsibly sourced is best but you can also substitute for chicken, tofu, etc) ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Method⠀⠀⠀⠀

  1. Sautee the kale and bell pepper, boil the pasta, and air fry or bake the salmon!
