Paleo Chicken Strips
Enjoy with chips, greens, and some yummy dips! What did you dip your chicken nuggets in as a kid? I dipped mine in honey!
Ingredients
200g chicken (cut into nugget or strips)
1 egg
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp (each) salt + pepper
Method
1. In one bowl beat the egg and in another mix together all dry ingredients
2. Dip the chicken piece into the egg, letting the excess drip off and then roll in the dry mix
3. Spray with oil then put in the air fryer for approx 20 mins or pan fry. To bake in the oven cook at 180C/350F for approx 30 mins
