Low Cal Pizza Base

Hot tip: If you want a lower cal/high protein pizza I recommend using high protein/low fat cheese or an intense tasting cheese like blue cheese as you need less and topping it with lean meat and veggies

Ingredients

85g of self raising flour OR 80g of regular flour + 1 tsp baking powder ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⁣52ml milk (any kind will work) ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⁣Pinch of salt ⁣⠀

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200C/ 390F and put a pan on low/medium heat.

  2. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and create a round ball of dough with your hands. On a lightly floured a surface roll out your pizza dough until it’s nice and thin then add to the pan to crisp up the bottom. You may also notice bubbles which is perfect!

  3. Add your toppings and put in the oven and cook for 10-15 mins, or until cheese is nice and melted!
