Lean Green Smoothie

Get your veg in easily and deliciously with this Green Machine smoothie! 🥒🥬🍌⁣

Ingredients

2/3 cup frozen courgettes and frozen cauliflower ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 frozen banana ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 handful spinach ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (I use @sfnutrition) ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 large tbsp Greek yoghurt ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2-3 ice cubes ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Water ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Optional: flax seed, chia seed, spirulina powder, matcha powder, collagen ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Method

  1. Blend spinach with water until liquid then add everything else and blend with more water (more or less depending on the thickness you want!) ⁣⠀
