Lean Green Smoothie
Get your veg in easily and deliciously with this Green Machine smoothie! 🥒🥬🍌
Ingredients
2/3 cup frozen courgettes and frozen cauliflower ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 frozen banana ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 handful spinach ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (I use @sfnutrition) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 large tbsp Greek yoghurt ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2-3 ice cubes ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Water ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Optional: flax seed, chia seed, spirulina powder, matcha powder, collagen ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Method
Blend spinach with water until liquid then add everything else and blend with more water (more or less depending on the thickness you want!) ⠀
