Ingredients

-1 cup lupini beans⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/2 cup tahini ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Juice of 1 large lemon ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- 2 large cloves of garlic ⁣
- ½ tsp black pepper ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- ½ tsp salt ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- ½ tsp cumin⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Pinch of cayenne pepper ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- ⅛ - ¼ cup of water⁣

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor, slowly adding in the water.
