Mango Salsa
This recipe is super easy, low-cal, and can be served with tortilla chips or in tacos!
Ingredients
2 mangoes
1 red pepper
1/2 red onion
1/4 cup diced coriander/cilanto
juice of 2 limes
1/4 tsp salt
Method
Dice all ingredients, juice limes, and mix everything in a bowl, adding in salt. Feel free to also add in some cayenne for some spice if you wish!
