Ingredients

  • 2 mangoes

  • 1 red pepper

  • 1/2 red onion

  • 1/4 cup diced coriander/cilanto

  • juice of 2 limes

  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method

  1. Dice all ingredients, juice limes, and mix everything in a bowl, adding in salt. Feel free to also add in some cayenne for some spice if you wish!
