High Protein Goat Cheese Veggie Wraps

This recipes is SUPER easy, delicious, and helps you get in a ton of veg and protein!

Ingredients

2 medium flour wraps (I use Old El Paso) ⁣
150g (raw) chicken ⁣
50g goat cheese ⁣
1 tbsp chili jam ⁣
Broccoli ⁣
Bell peppers⁣
Onion ⁣
1 tbsp olive oil

Method

  1. Add 1 tbsp to broccoli, peppers, onion and then add chicken and bake all on a pan for 20-25 mins (makes extra if you want leftovers!)

  2. Spread chili jam on wrap and add veggies, chicken, and goat cheese, grill and enjoy! ⁣
