Healthy Kebab Wrap
If you’re looking for something a little less greasy and less calories dense I’ve got you COVERED! The macros on this are AMAZING!
Ingredients
100g chicken or lamb⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 wrap ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 large beefsteak tomato- diced ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/3 cucumber- diced ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 red onion- diced ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Handful of greens
Sauce:
200g plain Greek yoghurt ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 garlic cloves - minced or grated thinly ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 tbsp mixed herbs
Method
Mix all sauce ingredients together and then add all other ingredients to your wrap
