Healthy Kebab Wrap

If you’re looking for something a little less greasy and less calories dense I’ve got you COVERED! The macros on this are AMAZING!

Ingredients

100g chicken or lamb⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 wrap ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 large beefsteak tomato- diced ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/3 cucumber- diced ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 red onion- diced ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Handful of greens

Sauce:

200g plain Greek yoghurt ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3 garlic cloves - minced or grated thinly ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 tbsp mixed herbs

Method

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients together and then add all other ingredients to your wrap
