Chai Spiced Cookies

No protein powder in these cookies, but they are still whole food based and healthy!

Ingredients

-3/4 cup almond flour⁣
- 2 tbsp coconut flour ⁣
- 1/2 cup erythritol (or other granulated sugar-free sweetner)
- 1 tsp (each) cinnamon + cardamom ⁣
- 1/2 tsp (each) ginger + nutmeg⁣
- 1/4 tsp baking powder⁣
- 1/4 tsp salt ⁣
- 1 large egg⁣
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted) ⁣
- 1/4 cup milk of choice ⁣
- 6 pieces of dark chocolate⁣

Method

1.Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another (excluding chocolate)⁣
2.Combine the two mixtures and shape into 6 cookies⁣
3. Press chocolate into the top of the cookies⁣
4. Bake for 15mins at 350/180⁣
