Chai Spiced Cookies
No protein powder in these cookies, but they are still whole food based and healthy!
Ingredients
-3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour 
- 1/2 cup erythritol (or other granulated sugar-free sweetner) 
- 1 tsp (each) cinnamon + cardamom 
- 1/2 tsp (each) ginger + nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt 
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup coconut oil (melted) 
- 1/4 cup milk of choice 
- 6 pieces of dark chocolate
Method
1.Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another (excluding chocolate)
2.Combine the two mixtures and shape into 6 cookies
3. Press chocolate into the top of the cookies
4. Bake for 15mins at 350/180
