Ingredients

  • 1 400g can of black beans (drained)

  • 1 large garlic clove

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 3/4 cup coriander

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • Salt+pepper to taste (don’t be shy!)

  • pinch of cayenne (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth, add a touch of water if needed.

  2. Enjoy as a dip with cucumber or tortilla chips, or as a spread with crackers or pita.
