Vegan Caesar Dressing

A caesar salad is a classic accompaniment to any BBQ’d fare in Canada. Try this flavour-packed vegan dressing with kale to amp up the nutritional content of your meal!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)

  • 1/4 cup water

  • juice of 1/2 large lemon

  • 2-3 garlic cloves, depending on size

  • 1/4 tsp paprika

  • 1/4 tsp salt + pepper, add more to taste

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth

  2. Enjoy on kale for a super green caesar salad!

*PRO-TIP: You can also use this as a vegan Alfredo sauce for pasta/zoodles/courgetti!
