4-Ingredient Chilled Picnic Pasta

I'd like to be able to say there are a million health benefits from using truffle oil but I'm not going to pretend it does when it really doesn't have ANY substantial evidence to prove it. ⁣ But why use it then? BECAUSE👏 IT 👏TASTES👏 DELICIOUS!⁣

Ingredients

  • 240g (dry) pasta of choice (regular, whole wheat, protein, lentil, chickpea, courgetti/zoodles) ⁣

  • 2 tbsp crema con tartufo ( or 1 tsp truffle oil)⁣ + a few glugs of extra virgin olive oil

  • 6 pieces of pan friend prosciutto⁣

  • 1 cup of wilted spinach⁣

Method
1. Cook the pasta and proscuitto & put them in the fridge to cool down

2. Once cooled mix everything together and voila... a super stunning and simple picnic plate! ⁣

*Cooling the pasta after it’s cooked creates beneficial resistant starch!
