4-Ingredient Chilled Picnic Pasta
I'd like to be able to say there are a million health benefits from using truffle oil but I'm not going to pretend it does when it really doesn't have ANY substantial evidence to prove it.
But why use it then?
BECAUSE👏 IT 👏TASTES👏 DELICIOUS!
Ingredients
240g (dry) pasta of choice (regular, whole wheat, protein, lentil, chickpea, courgetti/zoodles)
2 tbsp crema con tartufo ( or 1 tsp truffle oil) + a few glugs of extra virgin olive oil
6 pieces of pan friend prosciutto
1 cup of wilted spinach
Method
1. Cook the pasta and proscuitto & put them in the fridge to cool down
2. Once cooled mix everything together and voila... a super stunning and simple picnic plate!
*Cooling the pasta after it’s cooked creates beneficial resistant starch!
