4-Ingredient Chilled Picnic Pasta
Ingredients
240g (dry) pasta of choice (regular, whole wheat, protein, lentil, chickpea, courgetti/zoodles)
2 tbsp crema con tartufo ( or 1 tsp truffle oil) + a few glugs of extra virgin olive oil
6 pieces of pan friend prosciutto
1 cup of wilted spinach
Method
1. Cook the pasta and proscuitto & put them in the fridge to cool down
2. Once cooled mix everything together and voila... a super stunning and simple picnic plate!
*Cooling the pasta after it’s cooked creates beneficial resistant starch!
