2-4-1 Vegan Chickpea Protein Squares+ Balls

⁣Ingredients

➼ 400g can of chickpeas⁣⁣

➼ 80g vegan vanilla protein powder (I use @sfnutrition …use code KEARA20 for 20% off!)

➼ 60 ml nut mylk⁣⁣

➼ 60 ml maple syrup⁣⁣

➼ 1/4 tsp salt⁣⁣

➼ 100g dark chocolate ⁣⁣

➼ 1 tsp coconut oil⁣⁣

➼ 2 tbsp hemp hearts (optional)⁣⁣

Directions
1. Mix first 5 ingredients together in a food processor until a cookie dough batter-like texture is formed⁣⁣
2. Over a pot of boiling water melt chocolate and coconut oil ⁣⁣
3, Oil a square pan and push chickpea mix into it so it's about 2 inches thick. Top with chocolate mix and put in freezer for 2 hours⁣⁣
4. For squares= remove from freezer and slice⁣⁣
5. For balls= put in fridge for 1 hour then use hand to break apart the batter/chocolate and roll into balls, rolling in hemp hearts to finish⁣⁣
