Warm Gut-Healing Smoothie Bowl
Don’t shock your digestive system first thing in the morning…try this warm smoothie bowl instead of the traditional frozen ones!
Ingredients
1/2 a large, cooked sweet potato, skin on (to get all those nutrients!)
2 cooked carrots
2 tbsp of nut butter
1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp of salt
Directions
Blend all ingredients together and top with your favourite toppings such as hemp hearts, chia seeds, sauteed fruit, etc.
