Warm Gut-Healing Smoothie Bowl

Don’t shock your digestive system first thing in the morning…try this warm smoothie bowl instead of the traditional frozen ones!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 a large, cooked sweet potato, skin on (to get all those nutrients!)

  • 2 cooked carrots

  • 2 tbsp of nut butter

  • 1 scoop vanilla vegan protein powder

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp ginger

  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp of salt

Directions

  1. Blend all ingredients together and top with your favourite toppings such as hemp hearts, chia seeds, sauteed fruit, etc.
