TWO INGREDIENT GREEN PASTA SAUCE

This two ingredient pasta sauce is fast, healthy, and high in protein!

Ingredients

- 1/2 head broccoli ⁣
- 40g light cheddar cheese ⁣
+
- a bit of pasta water
- dash of salt ⁣

Method

  1. Boil pasta and keep some of the pasta water and steam broccoli overtop.

  2. Add broccoli, grated cheese, and 1.4 cup of pasta water to a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Pour green sauce over pasta and add a protein of your choice.
