Protein Churro Baked Oats

These oats are like having a high protein, healthy churro in a bowl!

Ingredients

45g oat flour⁣
20g protein powder (I use @sfnutrition vegan vanilla- KEARA20 for 20% off) ⁣
1/2 tsp baking powder + salt⁣
1 tsp cinnamon⁣
2 tbsp greek yoghurt⁣
1/4-1/3 cup oat milk⁣
1 tbsp maple syrup⁣
Chocolate sauce (for the middle)⁣

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients and then fold chocolate sauce into the middle and bake at 180C for 15 mins⁣

  2. Mix 1 tbsp of sweetener/sugar (I used erythritol) with 1 tbsp of cinnamon and after 15 mins top the oat mix with this and bake for 5 more mins!⁣
