Protein Churro Baked Oats
These oats are like having a high protein, healthy churro in a bowl!
Ingredients
45g oat flour
20g protein powder (I use @sfnutrition vegan vanilla- KEARA20 for 20% off)
1/2 tsp baking powder + salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp greek yoghurt
1/4-1/3 cup oat milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
Chocolate sauce (for the middle)
Method
Mix all ingredients and then fold chocolate sauce into the middle and bake at 180C for 15 mins
Mix 1 tbsp of sweetener/sugar (I used erythritol) with 1 tbsp of cinnamon and after 15 mins top the oat mix with this and bake for 5 more mins!
