Healthy Moist Turkey Burger

I always find my turkey burgers turn out a little dry but with my hack below they will stay niiiicee and moist (I know, that word is not the one 😅- but it’s true!)

Ingredients

500g turkey mince (5% fat) ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

6 sun dried tomatoes ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1/4 red onion ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

8 leaves basil ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2 tbsp low fat mayo (or Greek yoghurt!) ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2 tsp dried mixed herbs ⁣⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Salt & pepper

Method

  1. Chop all your veg and then mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.

  2. Cook in the air fryer (my fav) for 15-20 mins, or pan fry until cooked through.
