Healthy Moist Turkey Burger
I always find my turkey burgers turn out a little dry but with my hack below they will stay niiiicee and moist (I know, that word is not the one 😅- but it’s true!)
Ingredients
500g turkey mince (5% fat) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
6 sun dried tomatoes ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/4 red onion ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
8 leaves basil ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tbsp low fat mayo (or Greek yoghurt!) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2 tsp dried mixed herbs ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Salt & pepper
Method
Chop all your veg and then mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Cook in the air fryer (my fav) for 15-20 mins, or pan fry until cooked through.
