Matcha Overnight Oats Protein Parfait
Super simple and the layering means all the delicious texture.

Ingredients
30g oats
30g @sfnutrition vegan vanilla protein powder (code KEARA20 gets you 20% off!)
1 heaping tsp matcha powder
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey
1/8 tsp spirulina (optional)
200ml+ of water
Method
1. Mix and let sit in fridge overnight or for 2+ hours
2. Layer with @lindhalsuk vanilla kvarg (vanilla skyr or vanilla Greek yoghurt works also! 0
3. Top with sifted match and enjoy!
