Matcha Overnight Oats Protein Parfait ⁣

Super simple and the layering means all the delicious texture. ⁣
Oh, and did I mention they have 40g of protein per serving!?

Ingredients

30g oats ⁣
30g @sfnutrition vegan vanilla protein powder (code KEARA20 gets you 20% off!)⁣
1 heaping tsp matcha powder ⁣
1 tsp chia seeds ⁣
1 tsp honey ⁣
1/8 tsp spirulina (optional) ⁣
200ml+ of water

Method

⁣ ⁣1. Mix and let sit in fridge overnight or for 2+ hours ⁣

3. Top with sifted match and enjoy!⁣
