Baked Raspberry Pie Oats

This is honestly the most delicious baked oats recipe yet!

Ingredients

40g oats ⁣
30g vegan vanilla protein powder (I use @sfnutrition- use code KEARA20 for 20% off!)⁣
1 egg (sub 1/2 banana if vegan) ⁣
1 tsp baking powder ⁣
200ml plant milk ⁣
1 tbsp cacao powder ⁣
Pinch of salt ⁣

Method

  1. Mix above ingredients then in the middle scoop in 70g of vanilla Greek yoghurt (I used @lindhalsuk kvarg), a handful of raspberries, and top with a protein bar- (I used the @misfitsheakth dark chocolate one) ⁣

  2. Bake for 10 mins at 180C/350F! ⁣

    *make 1 serving (macros with egg and not including protein bar)
