Baked Raspberry Pie Oats
This is honestly the most delicious baked oats recipe yet!
Ingredients
40g oats
30g vegan vanilla protein powder (I use @sfnutrition- use code KEARA20 for 20% off!)
1 egg (sub 1/2 banana if vegan)
1 tsp baking powder
200ml plant milk
1 tbsp cacao powder
Pinch of salt
Method
Mix above ingredients then in the middle scoop in 70g of vanilla Greek yoghurt (I used @lindhalsuk kvarg), a handful of raspberries, and top with a protein bar- (I used the @misfitsheakth dark chocolate one)
Bake for 10 mins at 180C/350F!
